[FONT=verdana, geneva"]OK, Guys and Gals, found a cracking Venue situated right on the Apex of the Thames, overlooking The Dome, Canary Wharf and Lighthouses! Most fabulous location for Porsches New and Old, great photographic location (cue Rick) with loads of Parking. Coupled with The FATBOYS DINER is an experience itself, an Old American converted 1940's Streamline Trailer, menu to compliment the occassion, Fatburgers, Chillie Dogs etc.......

Date: Saturday 21st April
Time: 12 Noon
Place: Trinity Buoy Wharf, 64 Orchard Place London E14 OJW

See you there[:D]

Good stuff Des!

Would love to repeat a tunnel run on the day too but difficult to put it around noon with all those eastenders are using the road too; ideally we would want the run at somewhere around 6am when the roads are quiet, breakfast at Des cul-de-sac (just kidding)...Could we do a brunch there after a tunnel run?

Kish

Kish, yes an early optional Tunnel Run would be good, would suggest 7.00am meet! Fatboys wiil feed us, they do an all day breakfast from 11.00am, can get Ross to open earlier, trying to keep this one simple. Official meet Fatboys 12.00Noon. Great location for the photography bar none I have come across for the London Region.

So if Fatboys is on the apex, where are the braking and turn in points???[;)]

Brake at the Lighthouse, turn at the Diner.........[;)]

Des, I did lift 15 'jahrs' the other night so I was too pissed to work on the 'you know what'.

Ideas are forming and should have some prototypes very soon

Born in the Eastend, its a must, will be tavelling from the continental port of Fishbourn on the little Ole I.O.W
DEF. coming, be there about midday.

Note on behalf of Des:
RE: Tunnel run
There are too many roadworks around the tunnels to do any sensible tunnel run but if anyone want to just do a drive in East London then Des has a good route in mind which we can discuss and decide at lunch and do it after lunch.

See you on Saturday.

very much looking forward to it - have the essex boys and girls been invited, just occurs it may be fun to see if they want to come and play!

Thanks for the post Kish, a Tunnel run would mean at least an 8,00AM start, really trying to focus on a regular East London Venue so this is just a get together, ALL Regions are always invited, the event has been in PP and on the net for three or more months...Yes a drive down to the Royal Docks after the meet would be fun, nice duel carriageway.....Look forward to seeing you all, bring the kids!
