ENTER NOW FOR THE NORTH WEST 100 9th JUNE 2019

Congratulations on the purchase of your 911 Turbo and welcome to the club.
I’m delighted that you will be joining us for The North West ‘100’. In view of changes being made to the website I cannot add you to the list on the forum at present but rest assured that you are on the master list.
You will have seen that 50 participants will be dining at the finish at MacKenzies Smoke House. Whilst the private restaurant is fully booked you and others will be able to dine in the cafe/restaurant. Would you like me to add you to the reserve list for dining with the main group? What you say concerns me since apart from a handful who have entered since last Thursday should be on the list if they have posted on this forum thread. Work is being carried out on the website preventing me editing the list at the moment, however, those people are on my master list. Please check the posts and tell me if I’ve missed adding anyone who has posted, it will also be helpful if you tell me the names. If the people you are referring to have posted but their post isn’t there then something has gone wrong. Would you be kind enough to pass my email address to those people rogergoode47@gmail.com and ask them to provide their details using that or they can try again to post on the forum? You’re assistance will be appreciated.

Good morning Roger, although we will probably still be shattered from driving to Spain and Portugal it would be a shame to miss your run for a second time, please add Val and I to the list if you still have space, the cafe is fine for us too.

Thank you for your entry. I’m delighted that you are joining us.
All 50 seats in our ‘private’ restaurant are fully booked and I have a long list of reserves to which i’ll add your names, however, in all probability you’ll have to dine in the ‘public’ cafe/restaurant along with around 18 others from the run, including my wife Elaine and I. People will be arriving over a period of time so seats will become vacant so you might be lucky.
I look forward to seeing you on 9th June.

I’m pleased to tell you that due to a couple having to withdraw from the event, you are off the reserves list and in private restaurant with the party of 50. Please see Mark Jessop’s post yesterday and tell me what your meal choices are. If you know who will be accompanying you please tell me their name for inclusion in the road book.

It was great to meet you at the Beverley club night and I’m delighted that you are joining us on the North West ‘100’. if you’re unfamiliar with the area I’m sure you’ll love the scenery and roads. As I mentioned last night, the private restaurant is fully booked and there are a number of reserves therefore it is likely that you you will have to eat in the public cafe/restaurant along with many others including my wife Elaine and I. All of us will be able to socialise together in the upstairs restaurant.
 
URGENT If you are amongst the 50 people dining at the end of the run and have not yet told me your meal selections, please do so urgently.

Although we will still be taking part in the run we can no longer stay for the meal afterwards so there will be 2 places free for the meal upstairs.
