If any of you subscribe to Trip Advisor I’m sure that Mackenzies Yorkshire Smoke House in particular would appreciate if you wrote one for them.
They have made us very welcome twice this year, the food is excellent, the room ideal and they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate us, for example with a dedicated parking area.

Thank you Roger for a truly splendid day in the Dales, Val and I enjoyed every moment and thought the route was superb.

Breakfast and lunch were very nice, the staff at both establishments looked after us nicely, the Mackenzies Yorkshire Smokehouse team were first class. Furthermore the weather was glorious despite the rain at home in the East Ridings today.

We enjoyed chatting with Viv and Brian at the Smokehouse over lunch, along with many other members during the day, a lovely social day out.
