Eynsham Hall - Display Cars needed

Mark,
When is the Boxster S 3.4 and the new 2.7 launch date? Wouldn't Reading have these cars by then and may give them to us for the display?

Mark, I sent you an email but i'm not sure if you got it or not (a bit like the royal mail really).

I have a Guards Red 987S that can be available for Sunday if you need any more cars, it can't be there on Saturday as it has other commitments, oh and Saturday is also its bath day [;)]

Mark, Yes I booked Sunday in the end. I'm ready and waiting now for info on what time etc. Are we expecting the info hanger for the interior mirror as on the main email referring to lists? Do you still have to get it approved as on your email?
Here's hoping for a dry weekend.
Bob.

Mark, got home last noght and found a couple of packages waiting for me.

Tickets as requested and a mirror hangy-thing.

So I assume everyone elses should arrive any time real soon.

Thanks for confirming that Tony.

Everyone in the 10th Anniversary Parking should have a hanger with something like "Box 10" on it (not Register)
Everyone in Red White Blue should have a hanger indicating that..
And there are some in a "Heritage display" that I knew nothing about.[:D]

And then there are those who did not volunteer for a display, but have booked Register Parking.

If anyone thinks they have the wrong one, can you let me know asap?

Thanks [:)]

Mark

Just to let you know that I have the right hanger and will see you on Saturday. And Sunday!

Thanks for letting us know Ivor and thank you to everyone who has let us know

We have spoken to club office and myself or someone will be posted at the gate with Hangers to ensure those who have not got the right hangers get onto the anniversary display.

A gentle reminder that this will be easier to manage if you are at Ensham at 8:30am as requested. Apparently we have to be in place before 9am.

Claire (on Marks behalf)

So we will not bring ours .. see any one interested in responding to our offer on the Cayenne stand then

Graeme,

So sorry - did not mean to be rude []

I thought I'd replied... Seems not (brain going... going... gone....[&o])

I'm afraid the problem is you offered after the cut-off date for advance orders, and after that date I was not allowed to make changes (once I'd completed the line up).
I imagine the same will be the case on the Cayenne stand unless Larry has a heck of alot more influence than me... (not difficult[&:])

Mark

No worries ... it was a late offer .. Larry threw himself at the Cayenne owners with a plea as he was "light on cars" and althought we had not planned to attend the event we said we could help and booked up for Saturday and then I though OK as we are now going up for Saturday just in case Mark needs another MY 06 987s we can take ours up as well, but if he does I now have two cars to wash polish and hoover out tomorrow.. oops better check

Whew!

It's over [:D]

Thanks to all those that displayed cars, came to say "hi", helped tie baloons, ate cake, worked out where we were supposed to park, and the 101 other things that happen over the weekend[:)]

Couldn't have done it without you all.[8D]

Hi Mark & Claire
Well done to both of you for making the weekend so enjoyable and putting on the best display of the weekend.
Regards
Tracy & Cliff x

Mark ^ Claire without you 2 guys there wouldn't be anything for us to do[;)] Thanks for a great day and even managed to get home with my car all dry and rain free despite the forecast saying the opposite.

Now poolside in Majorca chilling for 5 days then back to chillyville Britain [&o] [/blockquote]

The impending rain from the dark 8:30 clouds on Sunday morning didn't give us much to worry about
