OK table for 12 booked in the Queens suite. I can add to the nos but will be on smaller tables.

I'll email about golf and spa to individuals who have shown interest.

Golf be morning. Ideally 3 of you.

Spa treatments from £60 for massage. Well worth it as the spa has plunge pools, sauna and healthy eating place and a relaxation room to die for!

They co-ordinate the massage so you don't know where they are going next. ;O)

I am tempted to do this as they have a 50% off for members this month. 20% for guests

No dodgy comments required from you Scott.

We can meet the girls at the plunge pool to discuss treatments.

If not we can go for a run up the Sma Glen in the cars.

Hi Ax, Shauna here. Hope spa am and then golf pm, is ok with you? I have provisionally booked Swedish massages for us, at 11am, but they recommend arriving an hour early to make the most of the facilities. If you prefer some other treatment instead, the full list is on www.gleneagles.com. Can you let me know if this is ok with you? My email is shauna.drysdale@baesystems.com. Due to big Al's short legs and the 4 miles we have to walk I have put dinner back to 8pm to allow him enough time to make it round the Kings!
