GT4 .... "Keep" or "Sell" ???!!!

I agree after 5k the top end is much better

all the crap top end reviews now need to drive a car with loads of miles on it.

the yellow pec car is not a good example imo.

the GT4 does rev out, it was a very tight engine. I think with a 430BHp tune up you end up will one hell of a car.

Yeah, yeah - blame that particular car. I'm not alone in my views, and others who agree have driven different cars.

Anyhow, lets not ruin the OP's thread eh?

there are a few people who live with these cars day in day out inc me saying the engine free's up, it was a bloody tight unit imo when new,

the cars def need 5k on them and the top end is not the negative people think it is imo, that's just how it is.

do you rev the GTS to 8k ?or what ever red line is ? I don't in my R

I think it's a great engine for a car at £65k esp when a new elise is £60k now and a 718 GTS is £60+ k

GT4 is still the mega buy and most are back at list price which again for the whole GT range makes it the best buy in a county mile.

if you ever intend to track a road car the GT4 is amazing out the box , to track any other Cayman or Boxster inc. the Spyders, you can sink £10k in to sus parts alone just to get a good geo and stop the tyres falling apart in 5 laps.

nothing to touch a GT4 as a do it all car imo even if you spend £120k
