me Des') that no-one has the common courtesy to give me the heads up whether it's a good idea or, I am pi55ing against the
wind, so to speak [8|]!! That's all it is or, rather was because now I'm on my soap box Des' and Co and, the 964 register, you can
all have both barrels [

I live as far away from Sussex as you to London Peter. I have also recently attended Surrey events as well as Kent and a Midlands event earlier in the Year. And Yes London events, having established Fatboys Diner meet 8 years ago and being round the corner from me an easy trip.
So to answer your question, no I have not moved to Sussex are you moving to London Peter?
I find your reply offensive, aggressive and rude, I have been only trying to help and humour you, but what a mistake.
You seem a very angry person for some reason with no real Agenda other than a cornered pit bull, biting out at any hand of help comes near you.
I have no interest in what car the RO has, maybe similar to one of the few Porsche I own, and just demonstrates how weak or poor a point you are trying to make. I am sure Sussex will be pleased without you with this sad attitude, with seemingly nothing to say or contribute but bile[&o]

Good evening once again Gentlemen []. Just to follow on from above and, the suggestion that I am not prepared to
contribute to the region but, only take from the region, were any of you aware of the Brighton meet that I have organised for the
past three years? No? Of course you weren't [8|]! To save any arguments, it isn't really for the region but, for the 944 register
in particular. However, three points to make there, all are welcome. It get's a very long "lead in period" on here. The more the
merrier, as it were []. next, I have some rather nice Aluminium commemorative plaques especially made. Guess who forks out
for that little lot.....? Hmm, I wonder [8|]! Also, there's the culinary delights served up by my mate Brian at his grease pit err,
I mean exquisite café [][8D]. Full English breakfasts don't come cheap, know what I mean geezer []. All sorted out by me
and my Company and, I am honoured to do so []. So, please don't say that I don't put anything in to the general kitty, Know

Pete that's brilliant, have you spoken to the RO and made him aware of this, he may not he may, he may be a mind reader, he may not, he may have extra certain mind reading powers, but in case he has none of these, I would pick up the phone and call him, very amiable chap and does not bite[]

After the great success of your recent OPC visit, I anticipate that R23 will go from strength to strength.
It's not easy being an RO, it makes huge demands on your time and other regions are now being run by committees because many people just can't make the commitment you have offered to the Club for all sorts of (perfectly legitimate) reasons.
Good luck, not that I think you need it.
Some (most?) of the active members of the Club don't use the forum. Fundementally, the Club is a broad church, we are all here for the same reason but like to reach the destination via different routes. Some like track days, some like polishing, some like going on drives out, some like organising drives out. Some enjoy all these things. Some even volunteer for the Board...
Enjoy your cars, enjoy your Club, be happy.
