Matt Black.....Hmmmmm

ORIGINAL: John Sims

Has to be worth getting a can to try on something to see what its like.

Really? From their website:

No Unsightly Seams, Joins or Tears Which You Get From Normal Vinyl Wrapping

and No Poor Rattle Can Rattle Can Finishes, Just a Smooth, Safe Texture Free Coating!

WE RECOMMEND APPLYING A MINIMUM OF 6 to 7 COATS

APPLIED IN A WARM ROOM (21 C +) LEAVING A LEAST AN HOUR BETWEEN COATS AND THEN OVERNIGHT FOR THE DIP TO FULLY CURE.

FOLLOWING THIS PROCESS WILL ACHIVE THE STRONGEST AND SMOOTHEST RESULT.

Aside from the very poorly-written website, never inspires confidence to me personally as it's not hard to proof-read a website before going live, the instructions hardly point to this being a DIY option, do they? I don't have a "warm room, 21 C +" that I can drive the car in to.....[8|]

Just had the Turbo valeted last night before I have to go to a bl00dy wedding today! I must say, he looks fantastic all polished up, he really does! I'm so torn between Matt (Satin) and, the original "Panther" Black [:(]!! I never used to be so indecisive.....Now i'm not so sure [;)]

My first thought on matt black paintwork was "yuck" but this new spray-on peel-off wrap is something else. Price does not seem to be too high for a full pro wrap. Hope someone goes for it soon, so we can see the pics... Presumably it has some protective effect against stone chips?

Decision made....Original "Panther" Black it will be [:D]! Decision made after seeing Andy Watson's gleaming "Black Diamond" in the show and shine line up at Stanmer Park [8D]! No going back this time. But.....I am going to get my wheels re-done in a different colour.....Hmmmmmmmmm.....[;)]
