Good news as the attendance for this one looks like its going to be excellent, I know the BMWs have 22 cars attending as one group!!
I'm quite looking forward to a dry day and an enjoyable gathering and drive out..[8D]
Anyone else who is going to the meet as a separate thing, do pop over and say hello..
I have the list of people joining us for lunch and the drive out afterwards, do please check I have you registered as either +1 or not...[]
Route maps will as usual be handed out on the day prior to leaving the Museum.
Their are plenty of facilities at the museum, if you have never attended before then follow the signs for the Cold War exhibition and 'event' signs.
We have been requested to be in place from 8.30am!! but if you cannot make that time please don't stress as there is plenty of other parking available.
Only funds needed for this is the breakfast, lunch and finally scones and tea at the end.... home made scones and jam!!! mmmmm
There is a fuel station opposite the entrance to the museum (on the traffic lights) neaest Shell is Junction 4 services or Stirchley

Having just moved house and been working very hard, I need a day out in the beast to ease the tension!
Have managed to get a pass for the day, so if not too late could I come along?
If ok, then could you book me in for 2 for breakfast, lunch & scones.
Also if anyone travelling up M40 from Banbury junction, then perhaps we could follow to Cosford?

"Anyone wishing to park in the main display area must be on site by 09:00 at the latest. You may arrive from 08:30 on the Sunday morning. Anyone arriving after 09:15 will be directed to overflow/general parking.
Please note that we will be using the grassed area at the lower end and Car Park 1 for future meets as this gives us more parking space without being parked too close and eliminates the movement of cars whilst members of the public are walking outside the Cold War Museum."
At least that means I can have an additional 20 minutes in bed []
