Or do we all just โluck outโ with our fees paid already if itโs cancelled outright?
My son did a bike track day there in November last year. It was perishing cold, so much so that the circuit had ice on it. They delayed the start having put grit/salt down and the day went ahead, despite the red flag coming out every few laps. I was surprised the day went ahead in those conditions particularly with bikes; where you get no second chance! I would have thought unless its blanket snow the circuit will stay open.

"Further along the road another potential problem has been reported. Darren inspects it and explains that as it is under 50mm no action needs to be taken at this time #cwaclive"

I found the A41 from Telford To Wrexham (demon tweeks helmet purchase in prep for the day) pretty good

My Meteor Grey CR manual was a change from the White. My CR is now up in Shetland and owned by a garage proprietor I believe.
I'm looking forward to returning to Oulton Park later in the year hopefully.

Travelled back to Aberdeen today in monsoon conditions, dodging potholes all the way - but that's another story.

id just like to say thanks to:
1) Steve Brookeโs for welcoming me into his social group in garage 8
2) Andy Fagan for letting me dump all my overnight and awayday kit in his garage 22
3) Mick โmasherโ for turning me the same colour as his peridot cayman R on some passenger laps with him
4) Kevin Furber for sowing the seeds of desire (pending blokenomics convincing of SWYMBO and the selling of at least one vital organ) for a Cayman GT4 after some passenger laps in his GT4
Good to meet Tyrone who brought his stunning agate grey GT4 club sport all the way from Reading just to watch for the day (thanks again Kevin for giving Tyrone some passenger laps), and also good to meet Andy โEliseโ (get yourself another Cayman R ).
i was the slowest car on the track, but racked up 80 Oulton Park miles at 16mpg and brought my baby back home in 1 piece. Happy days
I will Iโll definitely do that again next year (just need a GT4 and a LOT of track tuition....)
oh and I thought MSV run an excellent track day for the record ๐๐๐
Cheers all and see you all again at a future event, Jason

There's always something to learn and no shame in starting somewhere with the passion fired to make it better
I actually like the idea of organising these days so that more the more experienced can "buddy" with the less experienced ... and as with the PCCB days this really should include a more organised option to take tuition from those licensed to offer it ...
There is a lot of fun to be had at all levels ...
