Oulton Park Trackday 13th November

Whilst the silver Spyder at Wilmslow was nice, the silver one at Ferrari was lush albeit £200000 more expensive and inevitably slower round Oulton Park if you were driving it Colin. Those gravel traps really screw up your lap times []

I wish you'd stop mixing your metaphors,Rob--I don't do slow -just off! It was me being considerate to him following behind,so I missed the braking point watching out for him in the mirror-& he hasn't had the good grace to post the video of my graceful nay epic(according to Steve Brookes) spin yet.[&o]

Rob,

Did you use 2nd or 3rd gear coming out of the chicanes? The instructor told me to use only 3rd and 4th gear around the track, I guess because the track was a bit green? However, in the slow corners, 3rd didn't seem to match the engine speed to the car's speed. Or maybe that means I should've been going faster to justify 3rd []
He showed me where to brake but not so much about what line to take.

Tried second at the one after Shell Oils (foulston's?) but the car just wanted to go sideways as it was so slippy in the morning.

Looking forward to seeing Zeb's video of us (hint).
