I'll be leaving Essex at outrageously silly o'clock in the morning. If anyone would like to join me en route they would be most welcome.

Subject to swmbo granting me a visa for the day I wouldn't mind joining the convoy. Beaconsfield Services would make a good break in my journey, being almost 10 minutes from home [:D]

I wasn't as I was going up the M1 but will go M40 for you. I would think we should be looking to leave Beaconsfield at around 7:30

I must admit I was thinking you must be super sociable John , M40 is a very long route from your neck of the woods and mine [:D] . I used to go up there a lot for dog shows and events. Im visiting RPM this Saturday and would be very tempted to add Porscheshop as well just to meet the cars and folk. Regards Mas

Not this Saturday you wont, it's in another two weeks time. You are right about the M40, it is another 20 miles for me but (hopefully) a better run - well, after all the contra flow between South Mimms and M40. Perhaps I will spear through the City. That is always a laugh early Saturday morning.

Poorly wacked out on the old keyboard now I look at it I must confess but I meant add Porscheshop to my list of places visited , not visit on the same day [] The main reason to go would be to see all the other Porsche/folk as mentioned , I certainly wouldnt go all that way just to see the place , lovely though it may be hehehehe. It's a fair old trip from SG9 [:)] Cheers Mas

It's a 360 mile round trip for me (going via M40) but it is all the fun of getting together, pulling some legs and having a chat. It could almost be anywhere (even a field looking at some Palace) but it is the people that make an event. It also gives people a chance to see, and talk to, the top people at Porscheshop.

Hi Eliott My no is on the post - give me a call nearer the time. Any one else from, passing thru' or by Leicester welcome to join in! Its about an hour for us. Mike

If it's easier we could do the McDonalds at Hemel, just off the M1? I don't really need to go miles east to South Mimms, but I can cross-country to Hemel and be further up the M1 as well. And still get my sausage mcmuffin. [8D]

I may be able to attend this, it will be in the middle of a film shoot and that can be bad news if things over run but if all goes well I'll attend this to meet up with both old and new faces.. [:)] Pete
