My preparation has been:
16.00 rain is still Biblically heavy, so in James May stylee I've put the 944 chairs in the boot and gone for a coffee.
16.30 stopped raining so wash car. Apply wax and polish off half
17.00 rain restarts. Now have half shiny car with half all smeared. And, all the trim needs "back to black"
19.00 insert £65 or Optimum. Shed tears over smeary car with white crusty bits on the black trim. Open wine an think sod it - I'll get one of you to finish it tomorrow....[
