For those not displaying 11am as per your monthly R3 newsletter sent on Friday last week.

If you are a Concour entry either David or Amy should have sent you details by individual email.

Non-concours social people can be on-site no earlier than 11am please, this is to give us the time and space to sort the concours car parking, oganisation etc.

I have a suggestion. How about the first post in this thread is updated, in the usual manner, with names of those that have successfully submitted the online form for the concourse, we can then understand if our forms have been received and whether we can expect to receive some further information in due course? Thank you.

Ordinarly we would have got the details out earlier however due to the entrants line up being a bit fluid this has been difficult. This combined with illness on Amy's part and work commitments from us both you will have to be patient with us please. We'l get them out as soon as we can.

Thanks for the update David, and sorry to be impatient. It wasn't the timing for the day but more the uncertainty of knowing if the instructions were issued as yet and perhaps lost in transmission.
