Thanks to all who attended the R3 Concours event today at Teeside.
Congratulations to Adam Mulligan for a well derserved 1st place, Steve Fenton 2nd place and Stephen Bowser for 3rd place; all new to relatively new to concours. Fantastic job. And Jack for his surprise Ladies' Choice Award for this beautiful blue Boxster.
I got feedback that details on the forum could have been more forthcoming before the event, so apologies if this created any confusion; that's a learning point for me to take onboard.
Hope apart from that everyone enjoyed the day.
Big shout out to Sofia and Porsche Teeside for their hospitality and support.
Thanks,
David.
If any of the concour entrants would like a copy of their score sheet please drop me an email on amycarnaffin@gmail.com and I will scan and send it over to you. Not sure how to send it via the forum and email is 'me' proof!
Thanks
It was a great day, met some lovely people and saw some lovely cars (both in the workshop and outside in the car park). It was great to see a new 718 Spyder and a beautiful new 992 GTS (both of which are going to R3 members) and my old 991.2 Turbo which is now with Philip and Jacquie.
Another great R3 experience, made better by the lovely people and great cars.
Stephen.
