Has anyone who pre-ordered them actually received them ? I booked mine what seems ages ago and they still haven't arrived. Have I just been unlucky or is it a common situation ?

Anyone know when they are likely to drop through our letterboxes ?
 
Probably on the 10th of September would be about par[8|]

Or collect yout tickets at the gate when you arrive.[:)]

Perhaps indicative of the recent office shake up?

IMHO staff levels grow over time because of requirements. When people take a snap shot in time looking to reduce staffing levels they don't always appreciate how much the original people do.

I'll be getting my tickets at the gate.
 
I have just phoned Club Office and was told they would be sent out next week so that is the 27th - 31st of August. I am planning to be away for a week before Ragley Hall is and will be going straight there so I'll be peeved if the ticket I've ordered well in advance doesn't arrive in time. I hope they have a list at the gate[:)]

So if you are in the queue at the gate because some ignorant sod in a black Jeep Cherokee is refusing to pull over to the side 'While we sort you out sir' and insisting they sort it out and 'No, I'm not moving until you do sort it out' then you'll know who you are behind. Say hello and no two fingered salutes thank you.[:)][:)]

Iam one of many still waiting for my tickets and when you consider we are told to get them in advance makes me think we might be on a mass posting date maybe?[8|]......I just hope they arrive?

I don't think anyone has got their tickets yet.

Bad planning will turn into last minute panic down at CH no doubt.

I've seen the question asked at least twice but never answered - can you pay on the day? If not I won't be there if the date for pre-ordering passed in early August.

Yes, of course you can pay on the day.
Members of the public are expected and they will also have to pay on the day.
