greg_harm said:I know R3 members love nothing better than a good old knees up, so Deb & I have taken a cue from Philip and have made a few enquiries today. After looking at a few options we think Redworth Hall & Spa near Newton Aycliffe is the best option, not only does it offer great value, but because of it's location, as last years “do” was further North at Beamish.
Once again, we have been offered exclusive use of the Great Hall, 3 course Christmas Dinner + drinks on arrival and to round it all off, you have the chance to let your hair down and dance the night away with our exclusive R3 disco, all for a very reasonable £33.00 per head.
We have negotiated a privileged room rate at a reduced price of £119 for Bed & Breakfast double/twin occupancy or £109 BB for single occupancy, however don't forget to check your preferred hotel booking sites as they also tend to offer some great deals.
At the moment this thread is to gauge interest only, so if you’re interested add your name so we have a better idea of potential numbers however please note we will only have around 60 spaces available, so places are sure to fill up fast and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
While money for your rooms can be booked and paid directly to the hotel, quoting Porsche Club Party Night, all meals must be paid to me via bank transfer create a paper trail so I know who has paid.
A booking form will be added to this post over the next few weeks, allowing you to add your food choices. It must be filled in no later than December 12th don't forget to either subscribe to this thread or remember to watch this space for any updates.
Please see here for menu and booking form info.
