I thought I'd ask the region first whether any of you would be interested in having their cars rolling road tested; either to get baseline figures, to identify any performance benefits or those who have modified and want to verify performance figures?

I have been looking at these guys not far from Ascot and adjacent to the M3, http://www.surreyrollingroad.co.uk/ - please note I have no affiliation to this company, but purely found by chance on the web.

If we can get 5 or more of us, we can obtain discount as a group booking. I was provisionally looking at a Saturday/Sunday in late September early October. Anyone interested?

I might be interested if its in October....Keep wondering how much horsepower its under my right foot!

Good point about the 4-wheel drive....

Yes, the rolling road will cater for 4 wheel drive. It looks like we have enough interest to get discount, approx £40 inc vat as opposed to £50 inc vat per car.

I will check if there is any hidden costs for turbo's etc and then update you all on available dates.

924nutter - hope you are ok for me to run with this on your behalf for the time being?

I would be interested even more so if a weekday as I can be found working in Bracknell during the week

I'll see if they will allow the group booking to be split between a weekday/weekend dates.

Update.

Surrey Rolling Road seem to be fully booked through October and have suggested Saturday 3rd November as the next available date. The usual cost is £50, but with a group we should get a £10 discount each (inc VAT). This applies to all cars, whether 4WD and/or turbo. Measurements will be taken from wheel, flywheel, AFR and boost (turbo only)

This is all provisional, so those I have listed below please let me know your intestest.
