Saratoga Sunroof - Bulk-Buy

Do we have a time-scale for the Saratoga roof deliveries ?

(Apologies if this is somewhere on here.)

Or has the order yet to be placed ?

Hopefully, we can get them in time for the SUN !

Antony, we are closing the list at the end of Feb and will have a better idea of delivery dates then. We've told people to expect to wait up to two months, although we're hoping that they will be here sooner than that. I expect we'll want money from everyone before the order is formally placed, although that will depend a little bit upon how Pilkington want to be paid.

No, me neither. I had factory fitted tilt and slide glass sunroofs in my Escort Turbo and Sierra Cosworth, they added very little to those cars in my opinion.

OK, so it's practically the end of February so here's what's happening next.

I'll leave the list going until next Friday (4th of March 2016) as Nick at Pilkington is away until next Wednesday anyway. Upon his return he is going to send me details of how we pay for at least 2 of them with Pilkington which 2 of us have agreed to do. Pilkington will then place the entire order for all roofs on their colleagues in the US and they will air freight them all to the UK, this should take between 2 and 3 weeks. In the meantime I will then send out the payment details for you all to make payment to Pilkington. This saves anyone making payment to me/Oli so if there are any concerns you will all have the right invoices and receipts from Pilkington and can deal with them directly. As we're all spread out and not collecting from a central location, we'll all need to pay the £25 P&P fees from Pilkington to your individual addresses.

Martin, thanks for the PM - that's completely fine and I've added him to the list below.

Given the way that things will work, as explained by Tom a couple of posts up, this list is now not as important as it was originally; simply put, people who aren't on the list will be able to order and purchase a roof from Pilkington simply by calling them. We have committed to giving them at least 15 orders, and the list has shown that there are significantly in excess of that number who want one.
