I think we may have swamped him (so am doing what I can to help him)....I did warn him that the appetite for glass sun roof panels on 944's was pretty big! :ROFLMAO:

I wouldn't place any significance at all on read-receipts (or the absence of them.)

I've heard nothing from Nick either but understand that he is waiting for confirmation of a delivery date before replying to everyone.

Yep - what Oli said. I had a mail back within minutes on Friday saying he was going to reply with delivery etc. as soon as he had more info.

 
I haven't received a reply to my e-mail, sent last week?

Can someone please explain why Nick's e-mail address is not @pilkington.com or something related to Pilkington instead of @nsg.com which appears to be a personal address?

Are we dealing with a third party?
