Show your 944 - Pictures

I am afraid I really can't join this thread - I have yet to take a picture of Bomber that really captures it's, er, "Patina"! [:D]
Indeed some lovely looking cars... And some really really good photos too... what cameras/lenses etc are people using for these?

Agreed, the magnesium wheels are now going for big bucks as are original cup 1's. They do look nice on these cars though, a period alternative to the D90's

Here's a close up of mine during a recent hoon round the lakes, but I managed to keep it on dry land.shark your turbos very nice, are you planning on holding onto it for a while?

I may have asked this question before but was this car ever in Suffolk? I'm sure I have seen it, somewhere near Otley maybe?

Different car, my keeper is a '90, it has my old wheels on it though.. Got another 2x black 951's coming up behind it too.

I'm more surprised by the amount of people who've worked out how to post pictures on here :)

Not quite.

The Cup alloys on the 964RS were made from a lighter alloy than the standard Cup 1's fitted to later 964's.

I believe they are visually identical apart from the part numbers on the back

There are also aftermarket Cup1's made my Mille Miglia which are even heavier and have a slightly squarer look to the spokes so can be spotted by sight alone (and weight if you pick them up [:D] )

Cheers for the info :)

Yes it was indeed up until a couple of years ago when I moved - you might well have seen it out and about in that sort of area and beyond.

Some fantastic cars here, a few shots of my S2 following a trip to the body shop. A long way to go yet but as an everyday driver I love it.
Rear alloys have been refurbed since this.

Cheers
Paul.

Shark, what does the green paint splodge on your top mounts represent? I noticed a similar marking on the other red turbo you sold recently as well. Is it to indicate a particular brand of suspension?
Cheers
