Yep, GT Purely Porsche are doing a 3.2 buyers guide in the near future (next month hopefully) my car is used as the type example. For the priviledge I get a portfolio of studio shots. So far they have teased me by only send one, until after the mag is out. Probably the only chance I would get of getting proffesional studio shots of the car. Was interesting to watch the photographer at work.

When the mag comes out, i' ll shout about it a bit more.

You can take the micky out of my photographic skills when I get round to pinching a digital camera.....

Question??

Can I scan a normal picture in, and is it easy?
Not that I' m a technophobe or anything....[8|]

BTW whats with the green bags, have you been clearing out the door pockets of sweetie wrappers?

Well old chap, it' s at the Deanwater Hotel near Woodford between Wilmslow and Bramhall. Details in the back of the Porsche Post. Contact me off-forum if you need more details.
This months meeting (14 May) is a demo in car cleaning and books (buying that is, not reading).. But I' m sure you can find others to talk to who are probably less interested in it than you are!
Regards
Lloyd
PS I' m from Lancashire and we don' t like what they do!

Scanning photographs is easy, assuming, of course, that you have a scanner.
I have done a few of mine, including my car (tried to edit out a pole alongside the car, too long winded, so can' t put that picture on the forum, as yet). In my case, it' s just a question of pressing a button on the scanner, and then saving the picture as a JPG.

Fordy,

what colour is that?

I just cant decide if it is bronze, it is certainly distincitive, but you never loose the car in a car park

:)

I don' t think that it is bronze - I used to have a metallic bronze SC, and the colour was more gold like. Mind you, I do rather like this colour.

Fordy

Love the colour, look at mine - you' ll understand why.

The colour is Coral Metallic L81K but depending on the sun light you get a different colour I have other photos and you would think it was a different car.[8|]

Glad you all liked it.[:D]

We will be @ Porsche in the park on the 25th May and Eynsham Hall on 30th Aug if any one would like to see it[8|]
