Morning Steve and Sue
Hope you are having a good Christmas.I am on a forced break on orders from HER in doors but have set myself a date
for the anniversary of R26 on the 21/02 /15
Hope to meet with you some time in 2015
Regards Paul

Sorry to hear that Paul. I won't ask how it happened - it would be too easy to give advice in hindsight. I would suggest that you take note of any damage caused during the rebuild then get the finished car back to your painter with a list. Being a solid colour spot repairs are very doable. He's probably got some paint left from the respray so colour matching shouldn't be a problem.
Keep your chin up!

My painter has already seen the chip on Christmas day and told me he will do any damage on the final colour mop

Drivers side sills and rubbers all on rear light cluster in and bellows on.
First blood to the car reinstalling the wiring for the light cluster head strikes the engine cover twice
2 holes in head and blood over cleaned engine

I find a job always goes better once you've got past drawing the first blood, sounds like it's going well? haven't heard any swearing or throwing of hammers

Can we see some pics of the refurb, would make a great to see the car through the various phases [:)]
