There will be a good number of 968's at this as it's an annual GTG for the Porsche968uk forum. As for other FE cars - we will wait and see, the 968 RS has opened it up to 944/24/28 owners to try to resurrect a moribund register.
It's a good day out, the Brighton and Hove Motor Club sprint day, open paddock and lots of fun, we've been to 2 of the last 3 (had to miss last year for family reasons) but intend to be there this year. My wife has enjoyed the 2 we've attended, so it's not just a boys day out! Just be sure to approach the circuit from the East, as if you try to approach from the West you'll run into the queues for the horse racing circuit (ask me how I know!!).

Oooooooooo - and it's free in the diary!
Do I have to be a member to go or will my good looks guarantee entry at the gate? Do I need to join to come along? (Will I get a discount on the day?) Do I need to send a smarmy eMail to the mods to ask for a special ticket?
All these questions ....

Oli, all FE owners are welcome, whether PCGB members or not, and entry is free! See you there.
Blast, I have a prior engagement, so that's me out.

In a word - yes, although PCGB have asked you to email :zcacogp said:So what do you do? Just rock up in a 924/944/968/928 and smile sweetly?
What time does it start?
Yes, I'm going! []

"The event is free to attend, so if you wish to register your attendance, please could you email me on admin@porscheclubgb.com with both your membership and vehicle details."
However, many planning to be there are not PCGB members, or have not bothered to email (like me!). It's been a 968 register and 968uk forum GTG for a few years now, so we're used to just arriving and meeting up. This is the first year PCGB have opened the invite from Brighton and Hove Motor Club up to all transaxles rather than it being a 968 register event, and also the first year a PCGB sprint event has been part of the day.
Don't know what time the first to arrive will get there - it's 2 1/2 hours drive for us, we're not early birds so won't be there until maybe 11 or later, but I'm sure others will be there earlier. Just remember it's also a big horse race day, so approach the motor racing entrance from the East, the queues for the horse racing car parks coming from the West are bad news - as I discovered the hard way!

Andy, we'll be leaving from near Ashford about 9.30, heading for the A272 etc. Not sure yet if I'll go M20/25/23 to get to the A272, or cross country via Heathfield etc. There is also a group of 968's travelling earlier from Essex and Kent, but not sure yet of timing/meetings. They would normally go M25/M23 A272, but there's talk of a more interesting route (on the 968uk forum).

Nothing further yet on 968uk about a possible change of route of the Essex 968 convoy, except I think they'll be early birds leaving from Brentwood about 8.30. I'll be picking up the A272 either about 10ish between Cross in Hand and Five Ashes, or 10.30ish at the A23 crossroads at Bolney. Leaving from Woodchurch about 9.30, not sure yet whether to go cross country or take the M20/26/25/23 easy route to Bolney! Will keep an eye out for any other FE Porsches!
