Turbo's gone, long live the Turbo

Gary

Apologies for the lateness of this but nevertheless let me say your new car looks absolutely superb. As you were the owner of a Meteor/Cocoa Turbo I alway knew you had good taste but that is now truly confirmed. Excellent also that a 12C is now in the hands of someone who will use it properly, a sort of extended Road Test for those of us of more nervous disposition who are tempted but wonder how it will stand up to the cut and thrust of regular use. And to pick up on Clive's post...winter tyres?!

As we motored through the Ardennes last week I did keep a look out in the rear view mirror for a rapidly closing Blue Streak but maybe our dates didn't coincide.

Anyway do enjoy your Prize and I look forward to reading future reports.

Cheers

Nick

Nick, thanks for the comments- I'll certainly keep you updated [:)]
It's a shame that our weekends in Ardennes didn't coincide- we're there this coming weekend- I just hope the heat wave that France has kept the leaves in place a bit longer than those of around here!!
Any pictures of the trip to show in advance [:D] ?

Gary, you will only be a week behind us and there were plenty of leaves still on the trees when we were there. Nothing great by way of photos of the autumn colours I'm sorry to say but here are a couple of general shots I posted on another forum.

Cheers

Nick
