Tyres Tyres Tyres??!!!

'Nother vote for the Falkens here.

Put a set of them on the back of my S2 about 9 months after I bought it, replacing the Conti Sport Contacts that were on there before. Much more feedback, higher levels of grip with much more informative breakaway. And excellent in the wet.

So good, in fact, that I replaced all four tyres with a set of Falkens about 6 weeks ago. Used Event Mobile Tyres, who were OK - good price, reasonable service.

(They still don't grip on diesel or ice tho'. I did manage to very nearly lose it last night on a roundabout just outside a petrol station, and it was very cold, so it was either oil or ice. Great tail-slide - must have looked pretty impressive from outside the car - although the fact that I got it straight again was something of a surprise for me! [:)] New undercrackers on order ... [])

Big respect to Oli the Stig...[;)]

Utterly not chaps. I was very surprised that the car carried on moving in the right direction, and was terrified I would be binning it into something. Or someone ...

I can claim only good luck as a reason the paintwork is undamaged. No skill. And my pin-stripe drivers seat does have another, new stripe on it now! [:'(]

Take care out there chaps. It is slippery!
