VJ is up for sale

Paul, You only had VJ for 5 years? I thought you had owned her for ages! (That's only a year or so more than I have had my S2 for ... and I still consider myself a newcomer to these parts.) Oli.

Nah, he's had it longer than that - I've had my Turbo pretty much that time I think... It's just that if he admits how long he has really had it, some people will be able to work out how old he really is[;)]

Gawd, I'm a newcomer to the 944 cars. It's 944man who has owned them since they ran on steam! [;)] And, if you really want to know, I'm old enough not to be counting any more. Not quite reached the age where the number of hairs on my head matches the number of teeth I have left though, yet.... [&o]

That doesn't tell us much - I'm old enough not to be counting any more, but I bet I'm a good five years younger than you, at a guess. [;)] Oli.

Actually I am satisfied. I would only need more beans if I wanted to compete in the 944 P1551ng competition. With the roof down it can haul in the previous incarnation of the BMW M3 without changing down, given sufficiently long enough track. As the BMW's exhaust was at about 105 decibels I guess he was giving it some. "That'll do for me Tommy"

Welcome Stuart. You've bought a good motor there. Mr McNulty looked after her well, she should provide lots of happy miles of motoring! Mr Nutter - M3's are easy meat!!

ORIGINAL: StuK Hi all I'm the newbie that bought VJ. 9 days in and so far so good....[:)]
Hi Stuart, Welcome! Glad to hear that you're enjoying the car . Sorry for not getting back to you before. With Blenheim to organise it's been a bit manic to say the least. Keep an eye on the events section of the forum, under faqs. There's a load of new dates I need to put in this week, after Silverstone on Tuesday, and I hope to see you there.
