Perhaps because Paul and I had to deal with Brett in the past he is picking on 944's. Sorry chaps.

Unfortunately Paul and I don't have sufficient Admin powers to delete Bretts posts en mass but no doubt Nic will be addressing this forthwith.

You will appreciate that I am not about to start deleting posts individualy as I wouldn't give Brett that satisfaction and doubt I could keep up as his are obviously script generated.

I fail to see what Brett thinks he is going to achieve by this aside notoriety.

Dammit, it's full of the damned things!

Can't someone disable his account or something? (Spot the IT numpty, eh? I am sure you are way beyond this stage!)

I can't believe that I wrote posts supporting this joker's point of view previously - he isn't doing himself any favours whatsoever and must have lost all friends he ever had.

I too have some sympathy with Bretts point of view on the original post but dont think this is the right way to go about proving a point

C'mon Brett, on reflection, you've made your point to those you disagree with by these actions today so please can you give the forum back to the rest of those with whom you have no axe to grind

Thanks

As a serious suggestion, would it be possible to make all posts other than Brett's sticky, so they don't disappear in the flood? That way, the forum would be usable, at least.

There is one from a chap looking to buy a 944 on here, and it's on page 7 or 8 or something now, after only 20 minutes.

Matt, got your car back yet?[:)]

Yes, at last!!!!

Hopefully it won't be out of my clutches for a while now! It still needs a short shift kit fitting (the one I bought was duff) and my new alarm/immobiliser is being fitted on Monday. The alignment wants doing too after new wishbones and ball joints. Then, touch wood, that's it for now!

I'm really pleased with everything that's been done, there were times when it was away that I wondered if I should be piling such a lot of cash into it but now I've got it back I'm so pleased I did!

Glad to see yours did you proud to Le Mans and back, excellent pictures on the thread (I would have said so on that but it keeps disappearing at the moment).

And the administrator please make sure that whoever starts a new registration with the same email address(s) should be banned (forever). Nic should be able to to put a stop in the forum s/w easily. Also, a scan on the reg database to 'tag' any users with the same registered email address.

Brett probably owns several domains, and therefore will have as many eMail addresses as he wants.

Nice idea, but no banana.

Blocking an IP address would be a better idea, but he has spoken about spoofing them as well elsewhere.

Until Brett has had the opportunity to defend his numerous and unwarranted attacks on the Club and it's volunteers I think it's unfair that anyone comments on his actions today or previously on other forums. The Club have given him the chance and I guess this is his way of saying thanks, but no thanks.....

I apologise for the inconvenience this is causing. I am sure you all agree that it's not a long-term solution to give in to bullies even though they try to make life difficult for everyone else.

[Awaiting Approval]

Me too?! [;)][;)][;)]

I don't have the power to put you on approval, Rich, but I'm sure Nic will oblige! [:D][:D][:D][:D]

I'm already on constant approval at home. [:D]

Please don't put me on approval here, it's my only means of escape. [;)]
