Where did you go in your Boxster today?

Sunny Sunday and first run out of 2017 to Melrose in the Scottish Borders. Running like a dream (fuel consumption aside [:-])

380 miles covered over the weekend a run up to Glen Coe and a overnight stop with 8 other TIPEC members.
Stunning part of the country and nice weather . That is the Spyder run in now taking it over 4 K revs what a machine and the sound of the exhaust is incredible ,no need for a radio .

Sounds great fellas. I will be in Scotland at the end of month myself, going around the NC500 among other things. Some pictures would be nice, if you have the time [:D]

Bank holiday run oot, Breccy at the Barn At Beal (a fantastic stop for anyone visiting Holy Island) just off Lindisfarne, then down to Bamburgh Castle for a walk about, topped off with a blast over to Alnwick. Wife wrapped up as if it was an Artic expedition :ROFLMAO: luckily the clouds to the right never turned to rain. Slowly starting to loose its garage queen status.

Hi Robert

Don't know about this run you are doing, might have to put it on a list of to do for next year though. Yes its a nice part of the world up here for run outs in cars of this ilk. Some of the B roads are needing a bit of work though, as is the case all over this country probably. Crab lunches :p. Often wondered if other members in the area fancied a 'Castle' run in the future. Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Alnwick, Floors (Kelso) and beyond. Might be a plan for the future. Hope you get plenty good weather and are more than welcome to pop in for a cup of something en-route. I am only 5 miles out of Berwick-upon-Tweed just over the border in Scotland. Another pic showing Lindisfarne in the background.

Hi Adrian
Think you may need to use a hosting site like Imgur then post the link in the box that comes up when you click on that little picture icon at the end of the line above, good luck

Hi Adrian

Another way you can do it is to open the picture in Windows Photo Viewer, click on the e-mail tab, set the resolution to medium or large. You then select attach to an e-mail, your e-mail server will launch, open the pic up in the e-mail instead of sending it to someone and save it to the desk top giving it a new name. The resolution is then fine for putting onto this site. There are probably other easy ways, but it works for me. [;)]
