2.00 Lunch at Trenchers

Representatives from the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity will be on the Wharf collecting money from the public viewing what I hope to be a good show of Porsches- it is hoped to raise money to assist in the purchase of another helicopter.
Publicity has been given on the tourism web site and hopefully in the local press.

Hope to have a good day
Regards
John & Rita

Hi,
Have you room for another two person, from R8 region.
If so where should we meet etc.

Sharon & Stephen.

In reply to Sharon & Stephen - meet at Malton garage of Specialist Cars at 10.30 a.m.
Take A64 from York to Scarborough, turn into Malton, pass BMW garage, right at side of Peugeot garage into industrial estate - Specialist Cars on left. After that follow my leader!

Think I will be attending the run from Malton to Whitby but wont be going to Trenchers due to time constraints.

Nigel

Hi John and Rita
If its not too late could you please put me down for the run to Whitby and 2 lunches see you Sunday.
Best regards
Graham

Hi Graham

Not given numbers yet to Trenchers and have asked for more parking - everything o.k. except probably the weather!

Regards
John & Rita

I'll be there at Malton, complete with my wife & 2 daughters .... only problem is I won't be in the Porsche.

So if you see a silver oil burning Audi complete with kids then its me [:D]

Not sure if we'll join you for chips yet ... we were worried the Porsches might not be able to keep up [:D]

John & Rita

I would like to join you on Sunday, with 1 or possibly 2 additional people.
If it will be a problem with the Trenchers booking due to the late notice we can go to the Magpie.

Paul

Hi James

Looking forward to seeing the family - we might come in the mini cooper if the weather is bad!

New email address jrh.eden@btinternet.com

Will give numbers to Trenchers on Sunday a.m. so no problem.

Cheers
John & Rita

I think that the BBC weather forecast for the area is light rain for Sunday - so we will see, but I guess that we will not be looking to break any records anyway, so it may not matter.

What is the total number of cars that are now expected?
Cheers,

Graham

Last count was about 32 cars - maybe not all Porsches and around 60 for lunch - weather forecast could be good for the morning with showers later in the day.

Regards
John & Rita
