ORIGINAL: wagonface I just drove home in my new car: [link=http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1177510.htm]http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1177510.htm[/link] . Absolutely chuffed to bits. Thank you so much to everyone who helped along the way - very very much appreciated. Off for a long weekend away now, involving a hell of a lot of driving.

Well done Josh - looks a good 'un!

Patience is the word Andrew [:D] I'm just beginning to research so when the time comes hopefully I have sufficient knowledge not to get my fingers burnt [;)] Cheers

I apologise for resurrecting this thread of Josh's but I thought it worthwhile to clarify a bit of previous confusion. There were some discussions earlier in the thread about 9.5J/ET68 wheels on the Turbo and I have just discovered that these wheels were actually fitted to the Cup cars (in both 17" and 18" sizes) and were fitted with 17mm spacers. At least it clears up the mystery why there appeared to be none fitted to Turbos!! Regards Dave

Congratulations Josh ..... looks and reads like the absolute business ;) Enjoy your drive.

ORIGINAL: Dave Wilkinson I often wonder what the final outcome of situations like this will be. If the dealer won't budge on the pricing he'll either wait for some mug to come along who knows no better or he'll hang on the car for a few months and THEN lower the price just to shift it. It depends how he wants to hedge his bets I guess!! Dave
You couldnt be more right. He lowered the price to £23,950 (from £25,950) and its now sold according to pistonheads.
