Anglesey Track Day 27th April

It's a bloody disgrace. The lad is going to move from sin bin to ban if he's not careful...

Pictures of a Ferrari on the PCGB forum [:D]

Will be good to see you there Graeme. Could everyone else who has expressed an interest please get their booking form off to Cornbury House. There is one in Porsche Post or just email me or post on here if you'd like an electronic copy. I would hate for anyone to be disappointed!

Nice one graeme, be good to catch up with you again.

(just give colin a wide berth you know....[;)])

I'll have you know I use a good deoderant & only clean oil in the engine.[]

and, it will be good to see you there,Graeme-hopefully we can all admire the curves & proportions of your female chassis-if you know what I mean.[;)]

I'm still wondering why he says he puts "good" deodrant in his engine - is this old age or early onset dementia?

[Apologies for time lag in replying, fellas, not on here at the suitable times obviously[8D]]

In chronological order:
To Colin - was there a Ferrari in a picture somewhere?

To Rob - cheers, see you there, I love the idea of helping inaugurate the track for PCGB and it's a cracking circuit since the refurb. Miffed I couldn't manage Oulton last Nov.

To Zeb - catch you there ( [;)] ), maybe you're re-forming Team Zeb on the day? (Or Zebs Jessebels, with my female chassis?)

To Colin - yes, clearly I need to see you too, as how did you know I was bringing my wife along?[:)]
And steady on with the Lynx, you'll have half the pitbabes spreadeagled in your back seat and ruin your best track hand-to-eye coordination...

To be fair thats jamies department.........[;)]

the fluff gets everywhere apparently.....[:)]

[:D]

Back on topic, we have the following R18'ers all paid up and/or definite confirmations:

me
Jeremy
Jamie
Colin
Graeme
Peter Bull
Simon

At the last meeting, Phillip Shaw (x3) and Hassan said they were definitely coming and, I think, Albert, David Delaney, Peter Walsh and Sean Conboy were all interested. I'm hoping Tony Bolton, Mark Greenwood and Mike Plank may be open to some gentle persuasion and I've also tried to get hold of Ray Stobbs. This will be a stunning event for R18.

Why not make a weekend of it and drive the Evo Triangle, eat fish and chips by the seaside, have a pint with us at the legendary Groes Inn and enjoy a parade of 100 Porsches on the Prom at Llandudno on Sunday 28th.

BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment!

To obtain a booking form, please email trackdays@porscheclubgb.com, or telephone Club office on 01608 652917 or download the form from www.porscheclubmotorsport.co.uk.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any difficulty downloading the booking form.

As R18 has been heavily involved in promoting this event, PCGB membership discount may be extended to Porsche driving non-members wishing to attend as a referral from me, subject to the discretion of the Club.

Thats quite impressive.

I like the pit area

Jamie will be like the wifi so he can keep in touch with his adoring fans on twitter

Colin will like the size of the run off areas

win win really [;)]

Yes I am also impressed -can understand your sentiments ,Jeremy after all you might as well stay in the pits as have Lord Kellock of Court Preston passing you lap after lap.
Looks to be some blind brow top corners-I'll have to get spacers for my driving seat-also not too keen on that solid wall area even if there are piles of tyres along there.

Still I am sure we will all enjoy the Welsh maidens in their tall black hats & pinnies attracted by Jamie's new steed if not by Jamie-(does he speak Welsh?)

Did you notice that they have an entire media suite? We'll know where to find Jamie when he's not out on track, sorting out PR for Team Mangetout.

Jeremy only knows one Welsh word - they paint it on the roads for him especially:

A R A F

Rob,
You'll have to warn Jeremy otherwise he might end up in A(n)RAF base called Valley--(should have gone to Specsavers!)

Know anyone who could lend us tyre warming kit?-mind you there are rumours of a heat wave in April.[:)]
