They do seem to shift in a few weeks once they are priced under £37K (as I predicted[8D]). The Wilmslow car has the comfort seats with the track focussed PCCB's, which is perhaps an unusual combination (but would be perfect for me), but they have started off at a realistic asking price. So, maybe we'll see them become extinct at OPC's this year...[8|] (I shouldn't say that should I. S*ds law, another one will pop up now[>:] )

I agree, would be strange to go from Spyder to Bentley. Probably someone with loads of cars and so the one they oust to free up space for the next desire, doesn't necessarily have anything in common with the car coming in. They've probably still got a Ferrari in their stable to give similar kicks as the Spyder[]. (Well, some say they give similar kicks. Nice link! I do like those Ferraris (am I allowed to say that on here?) but I think there's a bit more to the discussion than the purchase prices. It's not just which keys you'd choose to pick up off the hypothetical table, as an ownership proposition for me in my personal circumstances the Spyder wins hands down. The Spyder is unburstable (i've never read about anyone having any problems with one) and also has a comprehensive warranty. Ferraris are even more mileage sensitive, it would end up a garage queen and I don't think I'd be brave enough to take one on a track day. Roll on Tuesday!
Good points Rob. I know of someone who went from Boxster Spyder to F430 Spider and his opinions from first impressions after the switch was that the Boxster Spyder is the more complete SPORTS car package. The first thing that became apparent for him is that the F430 is bigger and feels bigger. I haven't spoken to him since but i'm sure he's loving the Ferrari as the complete SUPERCAR package and has never looked back. He no doubt has other cars more suited to the day to day duties. I expect the Boxster Spyder is the easier to thread down our public roads. Also, less unwieldy when you don't want to lift through a narrowing country lane, knowing you can still fit your car onto your side of the road. Running costs aside, I guess very few people would use a Ferrari as much as they do a Porsche. So I agree with you. P.S. I too like Ferrari's but do not have deep enough pockets to acquire one[&o] Though, the new 'edgy' designs are not to my liking and my appreciation stops with the F430 and California.ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Nice link!
