Had a great day over indulging in EVERYTHING on the table and now feel like a very overweight spyderman[&o] Nil by mouth for next 24 hours should help reverse some of the damage[:D]

It' simples flat6 If you don't want to become fat6 eat 2500 cals per day and burn 3000 cals [:D] to lose weight or eat & burn same cals per day to stay put[;)] An excellent app to re-programme your life style and bad eating habits (providing you are willing and anal enough to keep to it) is "tracker2go" I set myself a goal back in August and achieved it by November and have had no difficulty maintaining my six pack ever since[:D] Works a treat for me despite yesterdays major misdemeanours [:'(]

I am also about to hit 40 .........waist size that is !![:D][:D]
