Are Spyders Becoming Extinct At OPCs!

He's holding his own against the older boys but he needs to get bigger so we can remove some of the 18kg of ballast he's carrying as its dead weight as opposed to shifting body weight around the kart. These karts are doing over 40mph. What he's doing on track I don't know where be gets it from. His lap times are all within a few 10ths of one another. Too early for me get carried away though but i'll certainly stick at it - as Team Mangetout would say, "Living the Dream"[]

Totally agree with that, plus the fact I think you stole yours [][][] I think that as more enthusiasts gain ownership of the CR's they will become far more difficult to find as they will keep hold of them as it is sooooo difficult to replace with anything else []

I know of 5 ex GT3 owners who now own Cayman R's or Spyders no other car comes close for a road use sports car. The R being king over the Spyder of course for every day use

Garage the Spyder - I've done the same! Well, sort of - I thought about leasing an M135i for a similar amount, but bought a slightly different straight 6 instead; secondhand, but will save me loads in the long run!
