Are Spyders Becoming Extinct At OPCs!

"it’s also a clearly superior sports car than the Boxster GTS we reviewed recently – and by a bigger margin that you’d credit " woops the extra 4 weeks they take to tune the Cayman seems to have paid off and the Boxster is the car left behind. As with the R the cars more polished than the Spyder, but the Spyder holds it's own due to that body work. But the R has so many little tweaks, 55mm exhaust, blacks light surronds, better remap, stiffer rear ARB Seems odd the Spyder was not tweaked as much and the R was really fine tuned. only 1 R for sale at an OPC today and it's £45k !!! but still the best sports car money can buy.ORIGINAL: daro911 This test report should appeal to any Kman "R" owners too thinking of a replacement Checkout the new heated buckets and the fancy red striped seatbelts[] http://www.autocar.co.uk/car-review/porsche/cayman/first-drives/porsche-cayman-gts-uk-first-drive-review
Scary Stuff![]ORIGINAL: daro911 Spyderman Brian aka Kitchens seems to be the real SPIDERMAN! after all[]
Yes John won []ORIGINAL: kitchens Well done Spyder men ..the Red one was first obviously [][][]
Good to see you again and yes I used the cruise and experimented too [] Also managed to eek out 2mpg more using the cruise 32.9 and a higher average speed than this mornings non cruise journey too so cruise control can save fuel better than me[]ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Which it has to be said was an incredible achievement on both your parts given the very high quality of the competition (ie - me!) Good to see you guys, really enjoyed the day. Rob - I also discovered on the way home that, somewhat surprisingly, that if you change down a PDK gear whilst using cruise control it stays on! See you Brands next week.

Indeed I am daro! This is my Spyder. I await Mr D tearing it apart. Still not sure that I want to sell it but have had it for two years and fancy a change (not sure to what though!). Took it down to Goodwood at the weekend and it was just terrific throughout - and saw a 918 Spyder in the car park too - that really is my favourite of the three new "hypercars". I've given the asking price a little haircut this morning - I've had some interest but nothing firm as yet. Any questions please send me an e-mail through the advert. I will not be that upset if I keep it for a while longer - trip to the Italian lakes is currently in the planning stages for the summer!ORIGINAL: daro911Great spec car for Cliff to haggle over and sounds a real enthusiastic owner/seller [8D]61 plate is very late in the day [&o]ORIGINAL: jdpef356 Anyone looking? - new to market http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/porsche/boxster-987-05-12/porsche-boxster-spyder-pdk-opc-warranty--61-plate-spyder-wheels-carbon-bucket-seats-sat-nav-paddles-blutetooth/2794390
