Thanks Rob, will do. They've just been on the phone about my tyres, which I expected. There's still some legal tread left - I hope it's not a wet day at Angelsey though[8|] This one is not as 'arty' as yours daro.ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Excellent, well done chaps. Brightened up my morning for sure. Off to court now, good luck with the brake pads flat6, don't forget to treat them gently on the way home.

No wonder it's not sold, someone stole 15 bhp from it!Power Output: 305 bhp
I think I have just found them []ORIGINAL: billy1No wonder it's not sold, someone stole 15 bhp from it!Power Output: 305 bhp
Just the quirky Porsche way Billy1[] First of all, the OPC locator doesn't tend to have upgraded power figures for the 'specials' i.e. there must be a template they use and the Spyder gets the quoted bhp of the Boxster S[&:]. Likewise, a Carrera GTS, being a 'special', is shown with the same power as a Carrera S at 380bhp. But, there is a double whammy. The OPC locator quotes power in BHP whereas the brochures etc quote in HP. So, a Boxster S has 310HP which I guess equates to 305BHP. So, the Spyder's 320HP get's lost in translation. Hopefully anyone buying a Spyder doesn't look at the figures quoted in the adverts, but it's something you get used to when shopping for the rarer models. http://www.porsche.com/microsite/boxster-spyder/default.aspx
Indeed John. I sometimes wonder if I could live without a radio. Maybe I could if it wasn't my daily driver[8|]. I would however like to switch to bucket seats in the future if the opportunity arose to swap with someone. I can't see me buying them!ORIGINAL: John H A PROPER Spyder too, with the radio deleted. []
Yup Aqua blue cars are very rare. The one you've found looks good with the painted rollover hoops.ORIGINAL: daro911 Would appear Aqua Blue owners like the going "off road" type poses [] Aqua Spyders do look very nice indeed and we are certainly short of one in this part of the forum

I consider the basic radio in my Cayman utterly useless, and I rarely use it. I was going to buy one of the Spyder blanking plates (as per that photo) and take the radio out, until my OPC informed me that if I did, the car would have to be reprogrammed. Because the bus wiring "knows" what components are installed, remove one and you have to teach the car to re-configure itself, and even they weren't too sure of the process, never having done it before. I eventually decided it was more bother than its worth, shame cos I fancied doing it.ORIGINAL: flat6Indeed John. I sometimes wonder if I could live without a radio.
