ORIGINAL: andrex1966 hi new at this will be there 8.00 at clacketts andrew
Hi Andrew and welcome to the 944 world, good to talk to you yesterday and look forward to catching up next week.

Times ? I'm going to heading from south east London happy to meet up on route. No S2 please as I don't want to be in the slow lane ;)

Meet the Turbo Boys at Pease Pottage services at about 08:00 (ish), for Coffee and a chat before the slower cars turn up Terry [:D] Then we can leave them all for dust and get to the café first to stuff our faces [;)][:D][8D]!!!

Yes mate, the very same [:)]. Look forward to seeing you there Terry. Just to let you all know, I got the commemorative plaques back from the engravers today and they look as cool as ....! Lets just hope the Sun shines [:(][:D].

Pete, The entry form says entries must arrive by 30th May. I haven't had a chance to do this yet but if its still possible, I'll probably enter the competition for a laugh. Do you know if they're still accepting (late) entries? If not, I'll see you there anyway.

Hi Jabriel, yeah mate, just send it in, no worries [;)]. It's not about the winning, it's all about taking part, as someone else has already pointed out (although the 5 grand first prize wouldn't go amiss [8D])!! Are you meeting up with the rest of us superfast Turbo boys at Pease Pottage services at 08:00 or, heading straight on to the Brian's salmonella shop?.....erm I mean Brians café? [:D]

Used to live in Kenton. Now in Hatch End.

again just up the road from me.... one of my sons lives in Hatch End.. there's a white turbo a few streets away from me on Kenton lane and I've seen a red lux close by too.. Pete

I know of a 944 cab (can't remember if its an S2 or a turbo) near Northwick circle (near the Sainsbury). There's another 944 a couple of streets down from me. Near the Free Church on Rowlands Avenue. Can't remember much more about it other than it looked in great condition! Small world indeed.

Sent form in Mon and heard from the organiser chap Tues. I told him to expect about 20 of us and he has only got about 5 forms so far but it shouldn't be a prob. If anyone would like a couple of those green foldy up chairs let me know as I have too many Hoping to meet up with Josh and see you at Clacketts about 8 [:)]

Don't understand why Darryl phoned you Martin? I haven't heard from him for two weeks [8|]. Anyway.....Don't worry if you haven't completed the concours entry form, just do it on the day and hand over your fiver [:(]. They can only tell us to "go forth and multiply" [:(], and I'm sure they wont do that. After all, they were supposed to send me the forms two months ago [8|]!! Ok gentle folk, you wont be hearing from me anymore until Sunday so, drive safely to your meet up points and, when you all get to Pease Pottage, it will be a "Balls Out" street race all the way to Brian's Salmonella shop for brekkie'.........only kidding [:D]!! Here's to a great 944 day out, a day which you will take home with you happy memories, a commemorative plaque and the 5h1ts!! [:D].
