have been advised that we will not receive passes but that they will take your details from the forms that were submitted.

On arrival your registration number and occupants will be checked off against the details that they hold. I would advise that if there are any changes to anything that was on the form you let me no ASAP and I will contact Brize Norton.

If anyone wishes to meet up before hand to drive in convoy to Brize please let me know and we can check the logistics.

JCB..

Bourton-on-the-Water model village car park sounds good as a meeting place for those travelling south. Best not leave it too late or it will be busy on a Saturday.

Assuming the event begins in the afternoon, how about planning to leave the car park for Brize Norton around 11.00 am?

ok then.

i'll be aiming to be at Burton-on-the-water at 10.15am and leave by 10.30am for the drive to Brize Norton if anyone wants to join us then be there. as JCB has said you need to have filled in an application form prior to this otherwise your name won't be on the guards list and as the song(can't remember who by) goes "IF YOUR NAMES NOT DOWN YOUR NOT COMING IN"[&o]

Gary how about meeting up at Tamworth services on the M42 at 9am??? anyone else coming can also join us there if they like.

see you at Tamworth Services M42 at 9am,

Burton-on-the-Water car park opposit model Village for a 10.30 off ..........gosh we are going to be there early unless the traffic is bad, only looks like about a 20 min journey on my map[:-] ??

Digger, im sure i put down that i would be coming in the Cayenne?? would you like us to bring a gazebo and a table with us??

if everyone brings a chair

Helen

They do want us there before 12:00.

JCB..

PS.. I am sure the Crabs won't mind the Gazebo!

Yeh, why not. But only if I get to play with the toys.....[;)]

Anybody help me fly a VC10 tanker then? Or will a Tristar do!!
