Come and Exhibit @ the Stoke Goldington Steam Rally - 7th & 8th May

But of course, the main attractions that most people went to see, apart from the lovingly restored 1973 Dolomite Sprint and the Aston DB5 were the engines.

Biggest tent there - Beer tent

That's a joke!! They ran out of beer (real ale) by 10PM on Saturday. ....Looking forward to a decent pint after the fireworks and funfair, had to make do with Scrumpy Jack -which could explain why I put the Cup banner up upside down, initially!!

Just had invite for next year's event, 6 & 7 May, so if the RO will have us, would like to display the Cup Car (in new colors -watch this space) for BOTH days....

As always[:)], your more than welcome at any R10 events. We are just in the process of deciding amonst the members who will act as co-ordinator - Steve D is moving out of area with work, so it is unfair on him to have the burden again. Look out for a new Post tread shortly.

Steve D is moving out of area with work

But, would be happy to return as a guest in the future (if we go). We loveed SG last yr. Great people, reasonable (windy ) weather but a grin all the same
