Hi,

I'm organising a dyno day at Triton Motorsports nr Bournemouth Airport on 25th Oct. It will be followed by a BBQ at Jon Mitchell's, and Jon will kindly sponsor the event with food and a selection of prizes (t-shirts, stickers, etc), including one for best concours car. The cost will be £35 per car. The event started off as a day for the TIPEC Bristol Region however I have opened it up 'cos we'll never fill all the slots on our own and, at the end of the day, everyone is welcome irrespective of 'branding' (also on Titanic). TIPEC Southern Region are kindly organising the BBQ. I shall collect monies once the list is firm.

I'm already on the list and so is Rich Salmons, we are convoying down from Northants on the day [:)]

Sounds like a good day and its a while since i've taken my car on a nice long journey. I'll check with 'er indoors as she seems to manage my social diary these days[:(]

I'd like to book, but am not sure what my car situation will be by that time. I suppose I could just take the S and see what that is producing if the white one isn't ready by then... So go on then, please put me down if you have any spaces left [:)]

If Rich is going and you Scott and Paul I will join the convoy from Sheffield so if its still not full I will add my name to the listers see if I can improve on last years figure [&o] Wil

Unless I find time to fit a 3.5l engine or a mahoosive turbo between now and then (and I am on the otherside of the world at the moment so its unlikely), clutch permitting you dont need to worry!

Paul, I've not got my pass-out just yet. We've got new carpet being fitted early next week so the wife has me basically re-decorating the whole house. I'm at it in the evenings this week but depending upon how much I can get done I might struggle. Do you need a minimum amount of people to hit a break even for the event?

Scott, I do have to have a minimum of 15 for this to be a goer. I've had 7 answers to my latest confirmation request and 1 cancellation (not you), so I won't know until everyone gets back to me... Paul

Hi, I will be there, got the mail but cant reply on that account in this hotel, Tony (sidestream) Can be there early if you like

I've only just become a PCGB member but would be interested in putting my new S2 on a dyno... Any chance of meeting someone on the way for the drive down? Edd St Albans, Herts.

I imagine it would be well worth going along even if you can't get a slot to run. I always enjoyed the dyno days at least as much as other events as there is plenty of opportunity to talk to everyone.

Can fit you in, Ed... I know of a number of people coming down from Northampton-ish but not sure of your area. Let me know if you fancy it. Paul

Damn it. Still on decorating duty. Looks like i'll just about be finished on Sunday night - just in time for work again!

Similar for me, absolutely shattered right now. Of to bed in a minute and I doubt I will surface again before lunchtime. Have a great weekend everyone and enjoy the sunshine, it should be a good one.
