I'll be there to say hi and clean out the burger van (there will be a van, won't there? [:)]) but I'm in the Legacy as we're down locally for a doggy weekend. I'll park it round the corner, of course.[&:]

Hmmm, I was planning to pop in at about 1:00! [:)]

Hope to make it to watch- happy to put car on Dyno if anyone drops out. Probably have to leave about 3ish though as friends coming to dinner. Cheers Ron

Looking forward to it. Bit up against it to get the car done though. About to fly to Italy for 3 days so that'll leave me Thurs/Fri night to finsih the headgasket. Hoping Jon will then help me Sat am to find the electrical / power problem?? Rich

ORIGINAL: 944Turbo Getting close, better finish putting the car back together ;)
Uh oh [] This is the usual pre Dyno-Day maintenance that we all seem to squeeze in a few days beforehand [:D] My clutch is being finished today, Rich S changed his head gasket, Peter S Howell ripped out his wiring loom. Anyone else suddenly decided to rip their car apart with a few days to spare?

ORIGINAL: Fen I fitted a new grill to the Cherokee yesterday.
Is that so you can BBQ food or to bump people out of the way of your bonnet [&:] I've just got off the phone with Jon.M and my new clutch is now fitted [8D] Poor Jon was due to start this on Monday giving him plenty of time but unfortunatley UPS, Customs and my credit card company all conspired to delay the parts delivery so that Jon couldn't actually start the job until yesterday afternoon [] Now that my clutch is rated to hold torque up to 700ftlb I think it's safe to turn the boost up from the 12psi I've been running this year. Jon says my current setup will be perfectly safe to 20psi, but I've only ever run it at 18psi for short periods before (which was scarey enough) What should I set it to chaps? [;)]

What should I set it to chaps?
The obvious answer would be 11......but then I'm more used to Marshalls! [8|] I'd have thought that a "glory run" on the dyno would be a good place to try full boost in a controlled environment? [8D][8D][8D]
