Favourite bit/trait of your 944

Well put Scott,

my single fave / good point would be the Drivetrain rigidity (anyone ever driven an M3.....Iron lump like an anvil over the front wheels and a rope to the elastic diff [:-])

Just coming up a slip road onto a motorway, change down and press right foot, turbo boost just makes my heart pound as I out accelerate everything into the outside lane, having made sure its clear enough of course.
 
Yep, sounds familiar, though it is amazing how quickly you get used to it and crave for more and before you know it you're considering expensive mods. Boost is a powerful drug.
 
Driving position is my favourite thing about the 944, close second to that is the way the car feels to drive (as said above- I know what you mean).
AFter that, practicality and I think for the type of car it is reasonable fuel consumption. I never would have thought the right side of 30mpg was possible on a run from a 3L 200+BHP car.
