Husborne Crawley

I did pop along for an hour this morning and spoke to Alan about the rumour of it being the last. He said that he is moving to France and will not personally organise the event any more although he was hopeful that the event would continue with another organiser - there are a few potentials apparently.

It seems that the stalwarts always turn up - Jasmine and Southbound particularly come to mind and the PCGB gazebo hosted by Darren and Bev of course. I think it would benefit from a few more big names - there is a limited attraction of a range of poorly prepared and unlabelled bits assembled on the grass - but whether it continues remains to be seen.

Regards

Dave

I thought about it briefly but, for the last couple of years, there has been little point in going along aside to meet up for lunch afterward.

IMHO eBay has killed the autojumble for both buyers and sellers.
