Look what happens when I go switch off my computer at night!!!

Des and Beaky .... see me after school!

Note to self: Order more 'naughty steps' I see an increased requirement.

Oh, by the way Mike, I note your post (Now missing in action as is Mallets Mallet) Des indeed was referring to only R20 not the Regional Director Board post.

I am flattered Des by your suggestion, however there are clear flaws in your business plan, namely I:

1. Do not have either a Facebook, twitter or linkedin presence!! [;)]
2. Have no idea how to play doom on a PS3.
3. Am colour blind, obviously.
4. Drive a kettle, although I(we) do have a spare in case of failure.
5. Do currently have a loan car from Porsche (a Ford Fiesta) but in my defence see 4 above namely failure, all kettles fail at some stage.

There seems to be another slight technicality the role isn't vacant [8|]

Beaky: In relation to bullet proof, the trick is not to get shot at in the first place, a stealth coated (coloured) car is better [:)]

Oh, a final note .... It helps to have a sense of humour!! [:D]

I agree, let's finally sort out this region.
The role of RO has effectivly been vacant for at least three years, the incumbent unable to fulfil the responsibility for whatever reason though inexplicably reluctant to do the decent thing and stand down.
Sadly this means that the position no longer commands the respect and support of the active membership who despite lack of support have delivered a full and imaginative programme of events including local and overseas journeys, track related visits, social events and not least activly supported [in numbers] official club events including Le Mans, Isle of Man, Porsche and Polo, Silverstone Classic etc etc.
There is a committee in waiting ready to move the region officially and enthusiastically forward so lets waste no more time here.

Just got home and opened this month's P/Post. The first thing I always look for is what's going on in my region.

If anyone is in any doubt that we need a change take a look at R20.

Nick gets my vote.

Would be great to see some interesting activities and events in our region supportted by our club.

Change is good and nows the time to step up and stand down!

You London guys keep your hands off Nick !!! He is our Boxster Technical
& forum guru. [:D][:D][:D]
But sure he is capable to do both[;)]

OK guys I surrender, suffice to say that IF the role became vacant I would gladly take on the challenge.

In the spirit of the 'Oscars' I'd like to thank all the above posters for volunteering to be deputies [:D]

(I already have a "Best Supporting Actress' lined up, Ed knows !!!)
