Ooooohhhhh [8D][8D][8D]

Far too nice to put under a car. You need to run very big wheels, and no brakes, to make he most of them. Or..... extensively drilled rotors so that they become transparent when spun.

Pass the sunglasses [8D]

I think you'll be needing a tinted visor on track from now on Fen.

The diameter of the springs looks mighty small. They should have no clearance issues whatsoever.

Possibly the last M030 front ARB in Christendom (well, Europe) [:)]

Hopefully that's slowing down and going round corners taken care of then.

Calipers are 928GTS 'big blacks' and discs are 993RS.

Please please please put those shiny bits away!!!

Credit card is trying to jump out of my wallet (Ahhhh!!! the force is weak in the this one it is!!!).[]

New bathroom or Level 2 Promax???

I thought Turbo ownership would stop at just buying the car.

I blame all you shiny people[:)]

Lee

Will everyone please tell Lemon that it's the level 3 promax that he needs!...... bathroom shmathroom!
It's obvious that your car needs some real hoss just to do the MO30 some justice.
as for the credit card I'm sure Fen can give you some advice on guilt free credit card action.

Regards
Simon

As to my action - no comment [:D]

Hi Simon

And should you not be making some Jewellery, to help pay for my Level 3 Kit. Nice of you to offer to pay.[:D]

Unfortunately as you know the car is in at Tech 9 in Hale at the moment and Phil just phoned with the following:

Unfortunately repair list has grown from its original 12,000 mile service.

Front OS shock leaking, so rebuild both front MO30's
All rear brake pipes need replacing.
New Rear brake pads.
Slight leak to power steering bottle.
New Anti roll bar bushes on front (the usual contaminated with oil).
New Dis Cap and Rotor arm and plug lead.
Bung for front of Distributor.
New rear wiper.
And then I suppose I will need re-alighnment after shocks have been done???

Obviously plus the aircon comp rebuild and then regas.

Think I should do these bits before the Level 2 kit I mean 3!!!![8D]

So get making those necklaces and lend me some cash [:)]

Cheers

Lee

I'd ask to see a DOCUMENTED WORKING level 3 kit first !!

350 bhp / 350 lb/ft ??

Or level 4

400 bhp / 370 lb/ft ??

Hi Rob

Spooky just looking at an old mail from you 2 mins ago.

Right the gloves are off, sod the bathroom, level 3 is it[:D]

Where did you get that boost gauge from again?

You lot will get me in trouble!! Do not know who with, but hey!

Lee

Oh cheers Rick!!!

Just go and throw Level 4 into the mix.

Right I am off to disconnect the power in the street so I cannot switch my computer on.

Send me messages about boost kits then [;)]

Well, I was all set to buy a Link 2 standalone until the dyno day. Now I wouldn't touch anything involving Link so you might want to reconsider the Link MAP based kits at least until the problem is proven to be sorted out with the fuel map. I think that's what Rick was talking about.

It's because of that that my management is Autronics. I expect it will be a bit more trouble to fit but it will be worth it to have a pukka system by the finish.

Fen i thought you had the ARBs already, if i know you were buying i could have sold you the ones off my car.

Arse! I thought you were keeping it in that spec to sell.

Given that the front ARB has become rocking horse doo-doo you will find a buyer no problem, possibly on the 968uk forum. Doesn't Graeme have your old bars though?

No one gives a toss about spec, they just seem to want a mint 944 turbo for £5k theses days, so better off selling all the decent parts off first.

Might even consider stripping it down entirely and selling off the individual parts on ebay, that interior has got to be worth £500+ easy!!

Or might jut drive it in hope that someone crashes into me and i get £14k which is its insured value!!!
