Oulton Park 9th November

Just in case anybody fancies joining us, Dean and I are meeting Jeremy at Charnock Richard services at 7am Wednesday morning en route to Oulton Park.

Sadly our R18 director of media has client commitments that day. At least, that's his excuse!!

Was my intention to come but pre- trial 'phone conference now arranged by my lawyers for 10 am-so hope to get over after that.save some speed for me./

No sick boy !??[:'(][:'(]...gutted...who's going to vomit at knickerbrook now x-factor jamies not coming?....

and colin...whilst were going to the dealers at night....its not that sort of dealer, so you'll have to get your own speed.....[;)][:D]

Good luck tomorrow Guys, it was bl**dy slippy out there on Friday, I mean r....r....really bl**dy slippy [:D]

If you've not been out at Oulton this time of year be careful at Druids, Druids and Druids !!!

I also went out as a passenger in a Renault Megane R26.R and just made it into the Pits before I threw up [:'(]

MARK

Thanks mark....as luck would have it I'm crap at driuds in the dry so tommorrow should be fun! [;)][:D][8D]

Thanks for that Mark!! At least we know where to watch out! I find the approach to Druids tricky enough in the dry!!

Very good day (apart from not finding the theiving gypsy b**tard who nicked my coat[])

Dried out mostly with the exception of driuds. The tution is worth it to as I can take more of the corners correctly now. Only 30 or so cars of similiar experience, so it was like having the track to ourselves.

MPG took a bit of a battering.....109 out of a tankful in the afternoon.....[8D][:D]

I only got 95 miles before the light came on! By my man maths, that's about 10.7mpg.

The instruction was superb - the best performance upgrade to the car £ for £ money can buy!! "Keep the gas on. Aim for the tree" - "Erm, ok" whilst thinking no, I can't do that, my eyes are shut with fear. [:D]

Sorry about your coat - can't believe nobody saw anything / handed it in.

Can't believe it would have fitted anybody else either slim shady []

[:D][:D]

First time we came up that hill, I got the 'aim for the tree' mantra too.

My reply was "which bloody tree...its a wood" !

Last half hour was best with rob and I bumper to bumper for twenty laps a la playstation.....(and no...I didnt get past him despite the marshalls blue flagging him!)

I'll ignore the sizist slurs for now young kellock......[;)]
