Oulton Park 9th November

Peter,

Just a customer I have been pursuing for money since 2006 who has managed to run the legal bill upto £125k-case should have finished yesterday-now judgement tomorrow afternoon.
We will win but may not get all our money back or even much of it.Has already transferred his house to his partner last Friday..

Ouch .......!!!!!

I hope that the judge would see what he has done and make the necessary adjustments.

No doubt he will declare bankruptcy and no one will get much at all. Then 12 months down the line he will be discharged and start all over again with someone else!

Dear all,
Thanks for your support-had an overwhelming judgement in my favour today-he's appealing of course ,but the case judge said he would refuse that so,it would mean applying for leave to appeal in the High Court-which since he was a litigant in person might be quite difficult.
The costs are the problem -likely to be £250K inc the success fee.

What a complete mess, costs completely disproportionate and you continue to deal with a nutter. Hopefully it will come to an end soon.
