Part Ex Values - So disappointed!

ORIGINAL: Peter Cee

(but hey Derek look on the bright side, - 'last of the 911's' - got to be a collectors item!)

Funny you should say that.... I'm told that Porsche still has no solution to the problem that the EU limit of 190g/km CO2 for 2012 will bring. Maybe the current 997 will be the most powerful yet!

Hello all,

Didn't realise this thread would be so popular! (Well it has now morphed into a warranty thread too!)

Just thought I'd post as a full circle to this.

After putting it up for sale on Pistonheads, the first person that came to view the car wanted it at £30k.
We were due to take it on Sat to OPC Cambridge for a 111 point check, but he has called today saying that his brother had been made redundant and cannot proceed. I believe him and he was gutted too.
I'm very disappointed as I had started looking at Cabs in the meantime.

Looks like it's back to square one [&o]

I'll still keep mine up for sale as the warranty is valid til April 25th.....fingers crossed. It's actually the cheapest 997 on Pistonheads right now, with the highest spec out of most of them!

I'm still hoping I'll be in a Cab come the summer.....My enthusiasm for the 911 is as strong as ever!
