Porsche Spotting

I'm certain you must have been lying Greg when you said you don't see 944's. That's two now plus the volley ball team! [:D]

Nice one - the alloys look good on your other thread and I'm glad you're enjoying it. Having 'distanced' myself from mine due to selling, I did fall in love with it again on Sunday at the Brighton hoon. Damn and bugger!!! lol

Already sold one kidney - and my soul to the devil so not much left! lol [:D]

If it ends up going I will be in 944 ownership again in the future, no question

Passed a white 944 on the A419 between Swindon and Cirencester around 5pm today in my Baltic blue S2 - didn't have time to acknowledge as was keeping up with a red 930 at the time...

Also spotted a burgundy 944 parked up between Cerney Wick and Cricklade.

Whos' is this white S2 cab I spied in Morrisons carpark in Yeovil today ?!

Think I just saw GlennS on the A30?

Quite possibly. I'd been down to Hook to try a three pointed star on for size and then had a quick blast up to Camberley and back to try and track down a rattle.

I was going the other way past the ely and saw you coming over the hill when I was going on to the bit that splits into the dual carriage way [:)] looked good!

Saw a (baltic?) blue S/Lux parked up on the A46 - I was heading towards Lincoln, they were on the other side. This was about 1.45pm

Then five minutes later I got a flash and a wave from a 911 - I think it was a 997! I was so shocked I almost forget to wave back but did get a little wave in. That was a pleasant surprise! [8D]

I think I passed GlennS on the A30 near Blackbushe Airport this morning (Red S2 parked in a layby) - I was in the Zyclam Red S2 behind the Delorean that went past around 8:20am on our way to the White Lion Antiques regular Classic Car Breakfast meet.

FYI the next meet has a Porsche theme so first 8 Porsches to get there will be lined up together (http://www.whitelionantiques.co.uk/classic-car-meetings/) for those who haven't been its a really nice relaxed event.

Well identified! I was waiting for a couple of 911s to join me for the run down to Beaulieu for the "Simply Porsche" event.

Good info on the White Lion, their "Classic Car Meets" are always interesting. Unfortunately the next one is the same Sunday as the Goodwood Festival of Speed so I can't make it.

Anyone know of another red 944 in West Cornwall? Ive had a bout 3 people say theyve seen me about when its not me and I have yet to spot it myself.
